Precision-engineered cranes start with precision machinery. Our workshop in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad is equipped with 6 industrial machines that handle turning, milling, slotting, grinding, and CNC operations — ensuring every crane component meets the highest dimensional accuracy.
The lathe machine is the backbone of our machining workshop. Used for precision turning, facing, threading, and tapering of cylindrical crane components — from shaft machining to drum turning — our lathe delivers consistent dimensional accuracy critical for crane assembly.
Our milling machine handles complex multi-axis cutting operations — producing flat surfaces, slots, gear teeth profiles, and contoured surfaces on crane structural components with exceptional accuracy. Essential for machining end carriage plates and drive housing components.
The slotting machine — also known as a vertical shaper — is used for cutting internal and external keyways, slots, and recesses in crane components. It is particularly vital for cutting keyway slots in shafts, wheels, and coupling bores that form the mechanical transmission in our crane drive systems.
Grinding is the final step in achieving the precision surface finish and tight dimensional tolerance required for crane components. Our radial grinding machine removes minimal material with extreme accuracy — producing mirror-smooth surfaces on shafts, bearing seats, and cylindrical components that directly impact crane performance and lifespan.
Our CNC turning machine represents the pinnacle of automated precision in our workshop. Computer-controlled turning operations deliver repeatable, high-accuracy components at faster cycle times — critical for producing batches of identical crane parts that meet exact dimensional specifications every time, without operator variation.
The VCL — Vertical Carousel Lathe — is our heaviest and most capable machine. Designed for machining large-diameter, heavy workpieces that cannot be held horizontally on a conventional lathe, the VCL handles crane wheels, large flanges, drums, and ring-shaped components with outstanding precision and stability.
